STKMapa.cz is an independent data-information project, Company ID: 74214144. We do not operate vehicle inspection or emissions stations and we are not a booking system.
We compile data mainly from public datasets of the Czech Ministry of Transport, territorial data, public registers and publicly available information from station operators. Statistical indicators for inspection results and recorded vehicle defects are processed analytically by us. The summaries are provided for information and orientation only and do not directly rate the quality of individual stations.
STKMapa.cz ratings use and five-star scale and are continuously updated as new votes are submitted. Automated safeguards evaluate unusual or suspicious voting patterns. Ordinary votes are not manually edited or deleted; groups of votes showing technical signs of possible repeated voting may have and lower weight in the calculation. Ratings remain separate from vehicle-inspection statistics.
Although we update the data continuously and check its processing, we cannot guarantee that it is complete, error-free or current at every moment. Information important to a user's decision should also be verified from other relevant sources. We do not guarantee that the displayed opening hours are current. A station may change its opening hours without our knowledge, for example because of exceptional restrictions, holidays or leave. Before visiting, always verify opening hours directly with the station by phone or another direct contact, and also confirm the price, scope of services and appointment availability.
The map is for orientation. Some locations may be approximate; the address and information confirmed by the relevant operator take precedence.
The form only transmits your enquiry to the selected station. Submitting it does not create a booking, order, contract or confirmed appointment. An appointment or other agreement is created only by direct confirmation from the relevant station. STKMapa.cz is not a party to any subsequent agreement and does not guarantee delivery, a response or service availability.
Only enter personal data that is necessary to handle your enquiry or arrange a vehicle inspection. Do not include additional personal or sensitive information unless the selected station explicitly requires it for that purpose.
The portal and its outputs are provided as general informational guidance. Users rely on them at their own responsibility and should verify information with the relevant station or other appropriate sources before making important decisions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising solely from the use of unverified, incomplete or delayed information. This does not affect rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Links to websites, maps or other third-party services lead outside STKMapa.cz. Their operators are responsible for their content, availability and terms.

When you use the contact form, we process the information you enter, in particular your name, email address, message content and any preferred day. Standard technical server logs may also be created where necessary for security, abuse prevention and technical delivery of the form.
Only provide data needed to handle your enquiry or arrange a vehicle inspection. Do not provide additional personal or sensitive data unless it is genuinely necessary for your specific request. By submitting the form, you confirm that you are providing the message content voluntarily and only to the extent you consider necessary for your request.
We use the data to transmit and technically process your enquiry, protect the form against abuse and resolve any technical delivery issues. We do not use form data for marketing communications.
During normal technical processing and when resolving form issues, the portal operator may have limited access, where necessary, to the data entered in the form and related technical records. This access is used only to maintain functionality and security, ensure delivery and address abuse or technical incidents.
To protect ratings from repeated or automated voting, we use and functional identifier stored in and cookie and and one-way hash derived from the connection IP address. Automated safeguards may use these technical signals to limit repeated voting or reduce its weight in the resulting score. The stored vote itself is not deleted or manually rewritten for this reason. These data are used only to secure the voting system, not for marketing.
We pass the enquiry content and contact details to the selected inspection or emissions station for which the message is intended. Where necessary, hosting and email-infrastructure providers may also process the data as technical service providers for the portal.
We retain the data only for as long as necessary to transmit the enquiry, resolve delivery, maintain security and address possible abuse; afterwards it is deleted or anonymised unless the law requires longer retention.
You may request access to your data, correction, deletion or restriction of processing and, where provided by law, object to processing. If a particular processing activity is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection. When the map loads, your browser connects to OpenStreetMap map tiles. The Leaflet and MarkerCluster libraries are served locally from STKMapa.cz; OpenStreetMap may receive standard technical connection data when supplying map tiles, in accordance with its own privacy rules.
